Q. What are the operating hours?

A. Every day between 9am and 5pm.

Q. Is the cost of riding on The Big Splash included in the entry fee?

A. Yes – the entry fee entitles you to ride on The Big Splash as many times as you want but at the end of each ride you must re-join at the end of the queue.

Q.Will I get wet?

A. There is a chance you will get wet on the splash down.

Q. My kids will be with me - what are the height restrictions?

A. If they are over 800mm tall then they can go with an adult or if they are over 1100mm tall then they can go on their own.

Q. How long is the ride?

A. It is 9 minutes long.

Q. What angle is descent to Splashdown?

A. The angle of the splashdown is 45 degrees.
